I'm in pain. Even more pain than yesterday. Yesterday only my arms and legs hurt. Today my arms legs and abs hurt. In fact, my abs don't just hurt, they're so tight, I've been having to fight not to walk hunched over.
But beauty is pain, right? RIGHT? It friggin better be.
Because I did alot of ab working out. I did upside down situps on that bench where you can put an incline. I did like the littlest incline, though. Then i did the thing where you hold the handles and hang and I did reps where i brought my knees to my chest & then where I kicked my legs up. Then I did reps on a crunch machine.
that's called DOMS. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. Enjoy it. & how did you get your abs so sore?!
