Sadly, I think I've hit a plateau. Which is really bad since it's Week 3, and my net weight loss is a half a pound.
Goals for the week:
- Stay below my points every day. Using bonus points is cheating
- Workout more than once a week. I'm contemplating joining the PJCC, because I'm much more motivated to workout in a class environment. I get bored working out on my own, and tend to quit the second it gets hard.
- NO MORE CANDY! I should've put carrots in the Texas Independence Day Pinata.
