Also did a 5k this weekend. Finished it in 30 minutes, so not too bad, but did make me realize how much I miss/need to be running outside again. After, they had fitness tests. Skipped out on the flexibility because I already know I'm not, but had a BP of 98/56 and % body fat of 27.8. That SUCKS. 21-25% is the "doing well" category.
I found this chart on shape.com and kind of fell in love with it. I always put little stickers or a star on my calendar on days I work out so I feel like a loser on the days I don't, but I like the way this breaks it down. Go here: http://www.shapeonline.com/2006/imgs/beachbody.pdf
Goals for the week:
- Get 4 long workouts to make up for leaving town Friday, including an outdoor run
- Eat healthy until Thursday, when at the rodeo again
- Maintain workouts & healthy eating while in California
